Jack Daniels Glazed Bison Ribs

A glaze you will use again and again.

Ingredients
Glaze:

  • 1 cup (250 ml) Jack Daniels
  • 1 cup (250 ml) molasses
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) of Cross & Blackwell steak sauce
  • 6 oz. can (175 ml) of orange juice
  • 2-racks of bison ribs, cracked every 7 cm

Method

  1. Parboil ribs for 30-45 minutes. 
  2. Drain, Rub with salt and pepper. 
  3. Place on grill. Turn often to prevent burning. 
  4. Cook until tender, periodically applying glaze.
