Cheesy Bison Nuggets
Nuggets at their best!
Ingredients
- 2 Ibs. Ground Bison
- 1/4 Cup finely chopped Onion
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1 Ib. Tator Tots
- 2 tsp. Parsley Flakes
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 3/4 Cup Cheese Whiz
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients and mix well.
- Use 1 heaping tablespoon of meat mixture and form it around a Tator Tot.
- Put balls in an ungreased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from dish and serve.
- Garnish with fresh parsley sprigs and tomato wedges.
- Yields approximately 30 balls. Can be used as an appetizer. Use half a Tator Tot and half the amount of meat mixture.
