Ingredients
- 2.6 kg diced onions
- 1.3 kg green peppers
- 60 g garlic
- 250 g oil
- 5.2 kg ground bison
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 600 g tomato paste
- 2 L demi-glace
- 180 g chili pepper
- 100 g ground cumin
- 50 g oregano
- 200 g chopped parsley
- 100 g molasses (Lyle's Black Treacle from England)
- 4 kg kidney beans
- 100 g ancho chili
- 700 g double smoked bacon
- 700 ml dark beer
- 200 ml lime juice
- plus the secret ingredient (Montreal Steak Spice) 2 HE! HAA's!
