Ingredients

  • 2.6 kg diced onions 
  • 1.3 kg green peppers 
  • 60 g garlic 
  • 250 g oil 
  • 5.2 kg ground bison 
  • 2 cans chopped tomatoes 
  • 600 g tomato paste 
  • 2 L demi-glace 
  • 180 g chili pepper 
  • 100 g ground cumin 
  • 50 g oregano 
  • 200 g chopped parsley 
  • 100 g molasses (Lyle's Black Treacle from England)
  • 4 kg kidney beans 
  • 100 g ancho chili 
  • 700 g double smoked bacon 
  • 700 ml dark beer 
  • 200 ml lime juice 
  • plus the secret ingredient (Montreal Steak Spice) 2 HE! HAA's!
