Bison Dressing for Turkey
Ingredients and instructions:
- Saute onions and celery in butter
- Scramble fry ground bison
- Mix into large bowl
- Add bread crumbs (white not brown)
- Season with seasoned salt, pepper, ginger (no heart burn), Mrs. Dash That's right NO eggs!
- Cover with beef broth enough to hold mixture together.
- If cooking in separate roaster keep moist around edges to prevent burning or drying out.
