Bison Dressing for Turkey

Ingredients and instructions:

  1. Saute onions and celery in butter 
  2. Scramble fry ground bison 
  3. Mix into large bowl 
  4. Add bread crumbs (white not brown) 
  5. Season with seasoned salt, pepper, ginger (no heart burn), Mrs. Dash That's right NO eggs!
  6. Cover with beef broth enough to hold mixture together. 
  7. If cooking in separate roaster keep moist around edges to prevent burning or drying out.
