Meatloaf - Pizza Style
Bison meatloaf with a delicious twist for those pizza lovers!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground bison
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Method
- Mix together.
- Lay out a sheet of wax paper. Place meat mixture on top and roll flat into loaf pan length rectangle. Spread on top, in this order: - 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce - slices of ham & pepperoni - grated mozzarella & cheddar cheese - sauteed onions & mushrooms may be added if desired.
- Carefully roll up like a jelly roll (removing wax paper!).
- Put in loaf pan.
- Spread 2 tbsp spaghetti sauce on top and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
- Bake in 350 F oven for 1 hour.
