Meatloaf - Pizza Style

Bison meatloaf with a delicious twist for those pizza lovers!


  • 1 1/2 lbs ground bison 
  • 1 beaten egg 
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1/4 tsp pepper 


  1. Mix together. 
  2. Lay out a sheet of wax paper. Place meat mixture on top and roll flat into loaf pan length rectangle. Spread on top, in this order: - 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce - slices of ham & pepperoni - grated mozzarella & cheddar cheese - sauteed onions & mushrooms may be added if desired.
  3. Carefully roll up like a jelly roll (removing wax paper!). 
  4. Put in loaf pan. 
  5. Spread 2 tbsp spaghetti sauce on top and sprinkle with parsley flakes. 
  6. Bake in 350 F oven for 1 hour.
