Saucy Meat Balls
Bison meatballs with a saucy taste and topped with cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs bison burger
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash or other seasoning
Method
- Mix thoroughly & shape into 3/4" diameter balls.
- Arrange in a 9" x 13" baking dish.
- Combine: 1 envelope onion soup mix 1 can tomato soup 1 can water. Pour over meatballs.
- Add 1 Cup grated cheddar cheese sprinkled overtop.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 F for 50 minutes.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings. Serve with roasted potato wedges or noodles.
