Saucy Meat Balls

Bison meatballs with a saucy taste and topped with cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs bison burger 
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/4 tsp pepper 
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes 
  • 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash or other seasoning 

Method 

  1. Mix thoroughly & shape into 3/4" diameter balls. 
  2. Arrange in a 9" x 13" baking dish. 
  3. Combine: 1 envelope onion soup mix 1 can tomato soup 1 can water. Pour over meatballs. 
  4. Add 1 Cup grated cheddar cheese sprinkled overtop. 
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 F for 50 minutes. 
  6. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Serve with roasted potato wedges or noodles.
