Sweet and Sour Bison
Easy to prepare and a tasty change.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Bison stew meat
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (not packed)
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 2/3-1 cup water
- 1-2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soya sauce
Method
- Combine and boil all ingredients (except bison) until thick.
- Put meat in a slow cooker and pour sauce over meat.
- Cook on high for 8 hours.
- Serve
