Sweet and Sour Bison

Easy to prepare and a tasty change.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Bison stew meat
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (not packed)
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2/3-1 cup water
  • 1-2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. soya sauce

Method

  1. Combine and boil all ingredients (except bison) until thick.
  2. Put meat in a slow cooker and pour sauce over meat.
  3. Cook on high for 8 hours.
  4. Serve
