Wine Marinade for Steaks or Roasts
This is also a great meat tenderizer.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups canola oil
- ½ cup soya sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- l tbsp dry mustard
- l½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp parsley (chopped)
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- l cup red dry wine
Method
- Mix well.
- Let meat marinate for 5 to 6 hours or overnight. This is also a great meat tenderizer.
