Wine Marinade for Steaks or Roasts

This is also a great meat tenderizer.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups canola oil
  • ½ cup soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • l tbsp dry mustard
  • l½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp parsley (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • l cup red dry wine

Method

  1. Mix well. 
  2. Let meat marinate for 5 to 6 hours or overnight. This is also a great meat tenderizer.
